What is the key to the Memory Room? By the way, he can only pull off one of three new endings. The one with drugs at 7/8 in the afternoon in the alley in the patio. Did someone take out the other 2 endings?

How do I access CRESCENT HILLS? I like the game a lot, but it frustrates me A LOT and discourages me from playing it again or recommending it because I never found it "Intuitive", since I wasted 21 hours trying every possible combination (NPC, Time, etc) to advance the plot because I had to give a random object to any character. I understand that I am the only player that happened to him and that Game Desing is not easy at all, but a hint or tip would really help me a lot.
